Shipping Info

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Shipping

We offer two shipping methods as below: 

Postal Shipping(10-20) Business Days.

Express Shipping(7-10) Business Days.

We offer free postal shipping for all the orders over $89.

Postal Shipping service :

Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 10-20 days.  The items you ordered will reach you within 13-25 days.

Express Shipping service :

Order processing: 3-7 days. Order delivery: 7-10 days. The items you ordered will reach you within 10-15 days.

Processing Time

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Chinese holiday reminder

During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day and New Year , services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, which means that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.

Notice: Please Keep in mind that the above suggested shipping time is not deadline. Uncontrollable factors such as mailing volumes, holidays and weather determine whether deliveries can be made early or on time. Please wait 5-10 days more after the estimated time of arrival.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at immorgo@evoniche.com.
